need help with upgrading my brakes in a 93 hatch

well im new to the 240 scene, and i bought my car to save gas since my truck is a v8. anyways im not trying to spend a lot on a full 5 lug swap along with z32 brakes, what is a decent upgrade for my car. Again i didnt want to spend much since i park it outside in a bad neighborhood and well it is what it is.

Give them a good bleed and buy more aggressive pads.
