Okay...

So I want to see if anyone has any information on this... Is it possible to weld on to the existing brackets in the rear to make a dual caliper set up? Weird I know, but I have a welder so if possible I wouldn't mind trying :)

Thanks!

You have the Z32 caliper and are wanting to weld it on? If so, yes, you can do that if you want. As far as just making your own brackets for stock calipers, there is a lot more to it than just cutting some metal and welding. I know because I was going to sell brackets/knuckle setups for it but no one wanted cheaper setups.

Goodluck either way.

yes it is very possible because im doing it right now.... I have the pbm drop knuckles and im welding taps on them for my wildwood 4 pot caliper and my z32 hydro caliper on a z32 brembo rotor..( yes I realize the pbm ones already have tabs but they are for stock rotors which I cant use)

measure 4 times... weld once.... and use can use the caliper to self center its self...

Okay, so just get a z32 rear caliper and mock it up and weld in tabs for it and call it done? It's going to be just for the hydro as you guys know that already.

My advice is just to hit up George for his dual caliper set up bracket.

It's two-hundred something dollars but it'll save you time and headache at the end.

I don't mind the headache, I'm redoing my car myself from bumper to bumper so this is just another small project to add on the list :) 67168
