s14 driver side mirror

my driver side mirror is loose..how do i tighten it up..i havent looked real close, but i wanted to ask before i went ripping the door apart

There are 3 screws on the bottom of the mirror that may be loose. Also, pop the trangle shaped cover inside the door and check to see if those three nuts are loose.

how do i get that triangle shaped thing off though?

Just yank it off. It's held in by one metal clip.
