auto to stick wiring q: I SEARCHED

K guys i already searched and there isnt much. on the faq i read the auto to stick conversion thread and it says to short and ground the "trans in park relay" but i cant find this anywhere! what is the specific labeling of the relay i need to do this to on the fuse box. also, is there supposed to be a bunch of plugs that dont have other plugs attached to that same fusebox side by the battery. i have a feeling thats not supposed to be the case but i physically do not have the mating plugs to go in to some of those. another thing is what does that other red power cable thats under the car attach to? its got a lug on the end and it seems to wanna go somewhere on the tranny... thanks for the help!

thx for the link. i did do a bunch of searching i always do before posting and i couldnt come up with anything useful, musta missed it. i knew this is something that HAD to have been discussed before so i kinda felt bad posting but its a multiple question thing. i tried sorting through the fsm but i never really found the fsm to tell me what i really need....

there ar e5 plugs on the left side of the relay box 3 are mounted and 2 r hanging one of those 2 are it just jump one and see if it starts if not then the other
