S15 spec R turbo and hks wg actuator

For sale i have an s15 turbo that came out of my sr. I moved up to a different turbo and no longer need this. This is a ball bearing turbo and has the 11411 - 91f00 serial on the plate. It does not smoke and runs perfect. I ran it at 14 psi and pulled strong. Im also including an hks actuator that is a $135 upgrade over the stock wg. Looking for $625 shipped obo. Also willing to trade for a nismo lsd or something simiar.
