Sounds like fuel issue. Also might want to charge the battery a little more to make it easier to start.

Definitely getting compression just no spark or no fuel.

Well I unhooked the fuel line from the fuel rail and primed the pump. Fluid came flying out so I know there's fuel going into the rails. I can check the spark next.
