ok i have q45 front brake set up as of right now. I have ordered a pair of rebuilt 95 300zx z32 iron calipers. I have searched everywhere and I cannot find anyone who currently has q45 brakes, and is wanting to install the z32 calipers.

What caliper bracket is needed to mount the z32 caliper? will my 94 q45 caliper brackets work?

I know I need 300zx 280x30mm rotors and some really good pads as well as conversion SS lines. But None of that is worrying me like the actual mounting process. I have mis-placed my oem s14 caliper brackets.

Can someone help a brother out?

THANKS

calipers should be a direct bolt on, brackets aren't needed. but if u want to run the larger brake rotor from the 350z then that requires a coversion bracket.

^^ Yes, the Z32 calipers mount directly to the tabs on the knuckle. There is no bracket because the Z32 are a multi-piston caliper instead of a floating caliper such as the stock S-Chassis and Q45.

As it was already stated the calipers bolt directly to the knuckle, no caliper brackets for the front or rear. The calipers employ a pair of pins that hold the brake pads into place, and spring/metal pin to hold those pins in place. If you did a Google search and clicked the image tab you could have found countless examples of these brakes mounted to S13's, S14's, S15's, Z32's, R32,33,34 ect.

I have looked and I did not see a clean image of the backside showing HOW they mount.

Thanks for clearing this up I really appreciate everyone being helpful and not trolling me.
