s13 w/ SR making scratching noises on startup..

basic mods, fmic, exhaust, the clutch that came with the clip is already aftermarket (puck i think)

when i start the car i hear a scratching noise like Krrt Krrt its not too loud but it is noticable, also when im in full throttle, sometimes itll make the noise as the rpms go up liik in 3rd gear.. it doesnt really seem to effect the performance but im not exactly sure

what could be causing it? & how to fix?

could you better describe the noise ie where does it come from , the front of the engine, back , transmission, try having some one start the car while you stand by the engine bay with the hood open.
