i know this has been talked about on here numerous times, but doesnt seem to have the final end result that it worked or not. i have created a rough draft of how i plan to power up my red top #62 ECU. I plan on using the factory engine harness and use a few relays to power what is needed. the car will not have a factory chassis harness. i decided not to use that in this track car

this is what i got so far. please let me know what corrections i should do and i will edit it and repost til it becomes a working harness and get the bugs out. and hopefully become a clear understanding for others to use

i am running 2 safety cut off switches. 1 for track requirements on the outside and 1 for me inside

ECCS relay (p85) should go to ECU p4 only.
Fuel Pump relay (p85) should go to ECU p104 only.

Otherwise, looks good.

oops, thanks! ya i see now. i will fix that. first time i have ever used software like that. usually hand draw it. i couldnt get it to "wire hop" either so everything looks wired together. lol

i also need to change the line thickness coming from the alt to the saftey cut off. it looks the same as battery wire. dont think i need to run 0 gauge on that. haha. i also dont think i need to run 0 gauge from the trunk either but i guess it wont hurt?

Hey man, not sure if you are looking to spend any money on a harness but we offer harnesses for applications like this that allow you to just run the bare necessities and get the car on the track. Let me know if we can help you out.
