Okay so about a week ago I installed an hks actuator on my s13 sr20det running at 11-12psi. Engine is stock, has fmic, walboro 255, 3 inch exhaust. I drive the car all day with no problems, let it sit for about an hour, turn it back on and it starts running like shit, idles like a harley davidson, pungent gas smell and smokes a little. So I take all the spark plugs out and they're all black and wet with gas. So today I put new plugs in, new (used) oem injectors, and a new oem fpr. After that I checked all of the delivery/return fuel lines for blockages and didn't find any. At this point I'm sure everything will be okay. Turn it on......nothing changes. Could it be the ecu?

I was planning on taking it out to the track this weekend, Please help me Zilvians

Sounds to me like its being told to dump to much fuel, do you have a tune?

You may need a tune, stock ecus sometimes end up going through the frits... id run a buddies and see if it fixes if you dont have acces get a tune it wouldnt hurt and youd gain a few hp.

i would suggest the fuel pressure regulator since u did up the LPH from factory. check your injector o-rings it takes a microscopic nic in them to leak. also when installing did u use some type of lubricant to pop the injectors back in? ive had BOV's fail and i go through the whole wiring and it turns out it was a leak so do process of elimination... maf, boost leak, fpr, o rings, it will be easy if you check everything in a row. pinch the line coming from your FPR for a short time and see if it changes the run-ability?
