bro most NB's prices are between 3800-4500 w/o hardtop and completely bone stock, and I don't see the problem with 128k miles for a 15 yr old car..

No car from the 90's (regardless if it's an NB) with 130,XXX miles should cost $5,100 PERIOD. You retards act like cheap parts add value. Cars in bone stock form in today's private seller market SHOULD have more value than cars with not-so-tasteful aftermarket parts.

And fwiw, I was looking for a NB for a friend and we found and bought his for more than a grand less than this "asking" price, it was relatively stock (had Koni/GC sleeves/Swift springs), had an OEM hard top (owner included soft top for a small price), and it had 60K less miles. I STRONGLY doubt cheap replica wheels and Megan coilovers will add significant value.
