Welding AC PIPE?

Hi, i have a broken low pressure AC pipe and was wondering if i could weld it together again. Would the freeon leak through the welds possibly? Any help will be great, thanks.

Just replace it. You can find them all over the place from junkyards or people parting out cars.

You can take it to a macine shop to get welded. As long as the weld is good it won't leak. Had to get all mine done that way.....
