S13 AC/Heat Blower Install

Hey so I took the AC/Heater Blower unit outa my s13 a few months ago...now im lost trying to get this sucker back in. Stuck on this part that looks like a lever motor and an arm that opens the flap from the engine to allow heat into the blower. here it is in the pic...i can take more if anyone has any experience with something like this..or can point me in the right direction..all i can find is how to install climate control or some shit..
