PRICE DROP

Hey thanks for checking out my ad, if you read the thread it might answer some questions you may have and would be appreciated

I did post this car up for sale a while back but being busy with school, work, and family I haven't had a chance to do anything.

Well to start off, I bought this car off another member here back in April. You probably remember seeing this car up for sale, so if you wanted it before here's your chance again to own it. I bought it with the intent of turning it into a drift car.The only reason I'm selling it is because I don't drive it much and it's just sitting in my driveway and I'd rather have the car go to someone who'll actually use it. So the basics are:

1996 240sx with a Kouki conversion
Pearl White
Chassis has 194k miles on it
Engine is swapped to a 1998 KA with approximately 155k miles on it (that is what the previous owner told me)
5 speed manual transmission
Base model; Non ABS
Tinted Kouki Tail lights
Base Kouki door panels with black inserts
Gray leather front and rear seats
Trunk is gutted out
No radio at the moment but does have pioneer speakers

Pros:
Full OEM Kouki front end which includes:
OEM USDM Headlights
OEM USDM corners tinted yellow
OEM JDM k's grille
OEM JDM kouki bumper
DMAX clear turn signals
Greddy replica front lip
OEM Kouki retainer
OEM Kouki bumper support
OEM metal fenders
OEM Hood
I fixed a lot of the problems the previous owner left me. Not to bash on him but seriously, I felt like I got the short end of the stick on this one. I mean, I found a pair of scissors under the radiator which poked a hole in the old one. Idk if it was a mod meant to cut through the air or what? Haha
Wiring was messed up by previous owner but I took it to the shop to get it fixed
Did a recent tune up less than 5 miles ago which include:
-Mobil 1 5w-30 oil
-NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
Coolant Flush
Replaced the exhaust manifold gasket
Also replaced the head gasket which was a PIA
Brand new spark plug cables
Brand new radiator
Brand new EGR pipe
Replaced the couplings on the intake
Brand spanking new battery, has lifetime warranty
Alternator replaced
Had the heads resurfaced
Valves adjusted as well
Momo Steering Wheel with Hub
Injen Carb Legal Short Ram Intake
XXR 962 Rims 17x9 all around w/ brand new tires
One Piece steel driveshaft; professionally balanced and painted
In-Trax springs in the front, stock in the rear
Brand new Ichiba hubcentric 25mm spacers in front
Varrstoan neo chrome lug nuts w/ key
Tags good til April 2014

Cons:
Salvaged title, previous owner told me it was a front end accident on the passenger side
Car has some cosmetic issues
Interior has some broken/missing parts and exterior has a so-so paint job
Fenders have some dents, I think PO tried to roll the fenders
Hood doesn't close down completely
Doesn't have a muffler
She will need to be smogged but I'm not sure if she will pass
Speedometer and tachometer doesn't work properly (may be loose connection)
The dash has a crack on the drivers side but come on, what 240's don't?
Might need a wheel balance - only $15 at Goodyear
I'm not sure why, but the start up is kind of rough but it always starts up
Distributor timing is off as of right now but I might fix it before it sells

My asking price was $5,700
Now I'm asking for $5,500
At this price I'm already losing significantly more than I put in
Pink slip in hand
Since I'm in no rush to sell and I've put in a lot of time and money, I'm somewhat flexible on the price but not much
The car is definitely in better condition than when I bought it but I just don't drive it
Cash only- that means no checks, wire transfers, etc

Car is located in Orange County, close to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland

If you guys took the time to read all of this I appreciate it since its a somewhat lengthy ad but I tried to list out as much as I could off the top of my head
Bumps on this thread would be appreciated

Previous owner lowered the front an left the back stock. I never got around to trying to level it and yea I put it on Craigslist. Gotta cover the basics haha

something about the back wheel that is really unsettling :-/
It almost seems like the wheel is pushed forward (off-centered) like if if was hit in the rear and wasn't fixed correctly I could be wrong and hope that i am cause that would suck if true

I checked the pics and I can't see what you're talking about. Maybe it looks that way because when I took the pictures the front wheels were turned to the right

GLWS hopefully you will get a buyer soon. It looks clean except for the ride height, that's definitely not stock height in the back.

Ha thanks man. Yea but the ride height could be easily changed with a set of coilovers or even springs for the rear
