Bee☆R B324R D1 Spec (D1GP)

Hey guys!

I bought this car of Tsuyoshi Tezuka (Kids Heart). Thanks to Stephen Hemsley (Skay Ltd) for helping me with the export, shipping and the countless translations. Car is built by Bee Racing (Kiyonori Imai) and driven by Tsuyoshi Tezuka. There have been built two R32s with the famous B324R kit for D1GP, so this one is a genuine D1 car. The other R32 was wrecked in the last event of 2013 in Odaiba. My car was used in 2005 to 2006 + some D1 Demo/Exhibtion events (Last time in D1 Exhibition in Odaiba 2010.)

This is current state, still in a good shape. The steel quarterpanel has some battle scars, and the FRP has some small scratches.
Overall in good condition considered it's a drift car.

The car is wrapped with the same design as the other B324R Tezuka drive, but the other car have more modifications done to it (sequantial transmission, macpherson strut, single turbo etc.)
Easy way to see the difference is the mirrors (mine got small carbon ones, and the other car got standard ones in blue)

Thanks man, yeah. I've heard about people struggling to get these plates, but I think it depends on who's asking and who you talk to on "Biltilstynet".

I had a 180SX couple of years back and never had a problem with this one, but I know the word "Skyline" is not well liked there. Anyway, we'll have to just see..

Btw. I got a few friends with full year trial plates, so that's the last option I'm afraid. Need to drive careful though, gotta suck if you lose them

That's awesome! I was at Silverstone for the D1 event, and that car is an absolute rocket. Not to mention that there was no mistaking when it made a run, b/c that rev limiter was resonating through the grandstands. Here's a pic I took of one of his runs against Ueno. I was sitting in the grandstands outside of Luffield Turn.

Honestly, I think it's kinda cool to be able to see what becomes of the car. There's so many hero cars from the older days of drifting that we (the fans) never get to see again, but this way at least one of them lives on. At least that's my take on it.

Well. I have already spent 4000$ on upgrades for it. Like a completely new front setup. If the turbos are in a bad condtion Ill upgrading for a new single turbo setup. I have a good turbo laying around that would suit this engine very well, but if the old turbos are ok and work, theres no point of doing that yet..

current condtion,

car's exterior is very clean, there's a damage to the right side skirt, but i have some spare skirts for it so don't worry. there's a few cracks on the fiberglass, but not very many and none of them are big. the paint is very nice, no sign of oxidation. underside of the car looks okay too. not super clean, but it's a drift car and it's been used hard so obviously not polished. i could not see any rust in real or on all the pics i've been through. engine seem to run nice so i'm hoping for the best, haha.

the last two or three years it's just been standing at Kids Heart, Tezuka's shop. Before that it was stored at Bee Racing for many years, covered with plast.

Definitely interested to see what this car evolves into. I bought my car stock and it has been a great experience for me to build it to what it is today, it's very gratifying. I grew with the car as well with my skills behind the wheel. Street legalizing a car in Norway is almost impossible, and there is a lot of crap I do just to hide all the work that have been done just so we can have our cars on the road here in Norway, that Bee*r won't pass anything, would have to be converted to a completely stock car and still have issues :/

Your plan to install extended control arms, but the car already has extended LCA's ? can you clarify on this ? to me it sounds like your just exchanging one arm for the same thing ?
