I really hate to do this but, I am shifting priorities this year and focusing on other things. Therefore, the reason I am getting rid of my car is that I can't have a car payment right now.

I will be as detailed and honest as possible about the car and the sale.

To start off, I bought the car a couple of months ago so most of the car's details are from the previous owner's description/list. I will highlight what I've done to the car since I bought it.

2003 Mistubishi Evolution 8 (VIII)
102k miles (will go up - daily)
Apex Silver
Sunroof equipped
Clean Title
5 speed

JDM rear bumper
JDM tailights
MR wind deflector
Black housing headlights with projector
HIDs
Front lip (removed at the moment - included)
OEM Rain Gaurds
Carbon fiber ducktail (stock wing included)
Carbon fiber side skirt accents
Mudflaps (missing 1 rear)

Tein S Tech lowering springs
18" Volk GT-7 powder coated black (front driver's side bent)
Pirelli P Zero's about 40% thread 255/35
Stoptech Brake Pads
Powerslot Directional Vane rotors
Brembo Calipers

HKS cams (264, I believe)
RC 1200cc Injectors
Walbro 400 Fuel Pump
Spearco Intercooler
Injen intercooler piping and intake
Evo 9 turbo
Megan headers
MAP o2 housing with dump tube
3" downpipe, test pipe, and straight cat
3" Apexi exhaust
RRE 3 port tuned at RRE with dual map for E85 and 91 octane (320HP at 20psi on 91 & 400HP at 25psi on E85)
Competition Stage 4 Clutch
Competition light weight flywheel

Stock interior
Alpine stereo MP3/iPod ready
Auto Meter boost gauge
LED interior light bulbs

What I have done to the car since I bought it and paperwork to show from both RRE and KT Motoring:

120k service (RRE)
GSC Beehive Valve Springs with Titanium retainers (by Kim at KT Motoring)
EVO 8 MLS Head Gasket
Spark Plug and Valve Cover Seals
Synthetic Oil Change and Oil Filter
Coolant
Manley Valves (both intake and exhaust)
Remove and Replace Cylinder Head
Sublet Machine Shop Valve Job, Deck, and Valve Seat
ARP Head Studs
Stoptech Posiquiet pads (front and rear)

Now to the cons, and I will be as anal and picky about it:

-Couple of dings from stupid inconsiderate people
-When making a left turn or cruising at 30mph+ driver's side wheel makes wobbling sound, could be due to bent rim or hub messing up since I hit a nasty pot hole :smash:
-AC needs recharge
-Heater/AC temp knob broke off
-1 headlight bulb needs replacement

I'm asking 18k OR REASONABLE OFFER and only trade I would consider, a stupidly clean 5 speed S13 coupe that you can offer plus 15k. PM me for more details. Buyer is responsible for smog.

are you really going to doubt this car makes 400awhp? evos make 430awhp at 28psi on e85.

wow talk about over priced lmao

actually no, its quiet reasonably priced for what the mods are and how much power its making.

coming from another evo owner. 18k is reasonable. a fairly stock one is still 15k so 3k extra for mods is not bad.

06 evo 9s with 70k miles still sell for 22-24k.

free bump for a fellow evo owner.

I applaud the man for being honest about the wheel making noise while turning issue, think about that for a second... A wheel making noise while turning on a 4wd car will most likely be a bearing OR in Least severe case A BENT WHEEL and due to it being an EVO 4wd it won't be cheap.
Worn Bearing=worn ball joints=alignment thrown off=worn tires=wearing out rest of bearings (4wd)= A LOT OF MONEY TO FIX
There is a reason this car is for sale for 18k with all the goodies. I'd pay 18k for a stock one before adopting someone else's problem child.
it's hard to believe the price cause 1. this a nissan forum, 2.come on you seriously think someone has 18k laying around with hopes of a modded evo with wheel problems popping up? 3. trade for a super mega virgin clean S13+15K on top COME ON!!!?:cj:
AND CALIFORNIA STATE LAW SAYS SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SMOG, BUT THIS BEING ZILVIA AND EVERYONE BEING A LAZY NON-RESPONSABLE SELLER THEY WONT. AND THATS WHAT PRODUCES "TROLLING" AND BAD COMMENTS.

Funny thing is, anyone who has owned a boosted car has either drove it to its potential or in some maybe even beat it. There's no damn way anyone can own and drive a car with boost and bullshit about "adult owned". I mean, what the fuck is the point of having boost then?

Now, if you have a shit ton of problems where the car isn't drivable and it's constantly breaking down...THEN, I can believe your analogy in beating the fuck out of the car.

Ridiculously priced? Obviously you haven't searched enough to find Evo's any lower than 14k+, if lucky. Stock or some with a higher mileage. So, instead of talking shit about being overpriced and shitting my thread, carry on and worry about your own money and likes because I could careless what you think is overpriced, or not. At the end of the day, the car doesn't bug me at all and the price can be reasonable with the right serious buyer. Thank you.

I'll provide those as soon as I dig it up. 400HP is really not that hard to achieve on an Evo, but just for any doubts, I'll post it up ASAP. Same goes for the receipts in hand I have. I'll upload those too.

wow talk about over priced lmao
Don't see what's so funny to "laugh your ass off", if it's overpriced for you and have nothing positive to say, hit the back button and carry on. You act like Zilvia or any other forums or websites actually give you your matched price. 18k firm was posted for serious inquiries, doesn't mean I will stick to that price. Anyone who's bought cars off of me knows I can be quite reasonable. Therefore, I guess I should've been more precise and include OBO since apparently not a lot know that lowballs will always be offered.

Finally, someone who knows his stuff. I know the car does have it's cons and I know for a fact that I will never get 18k for it. You will never get money off of the mods in a car, and it's the risk we all take when decide to mod our car. You gotta pay to play. Anyone and everyone should know that. So people, don't think mods have so much to do for my set price.

Evo's around 15k will only lead you to more expenses. Either high mileage, less maintenance service done, etc. In the time I was searching for an Evo, not many knew about or had done the 60k or 120k maintenance service on their cars because it isn't a cheap thing to do. So you make the count on getting a cheaper Evo and the amount of money you'll spend to keep it maintained and/or modding it. Because people, Evo's aren't cheap to buy, maintain, and/or especially to build.

Not expecting the 18k even with mods to be honest. Offers seriously don't hurt.

Thank you for the credit. Why would I bullshit the cons on it? Surely, it has cons and in which I haven't really looked into specifically justifying what exactly the issue is with the wheel could be. Either bent rim or bearing. Pricey? could be or not as I said, I haven't looked into it.

I respect your opinions and each to their own, if they have the money to mod a stock one or if they want one with some goodies. *shrug* up to the buyer really.

Nissan forum or not, this isn't the only forum I've posted it on. Obviously it's not a Nissan but, why not expand the car and get bites?

I do agree, a clean coupe and 15k is absurd lol but hey, it's the only trade I would consider; hence I need the mula more. I am not that bad of a seller so let me know if you have any questions or you would like to shoot me an offer. Worst I can say is no.

^ exactly what i was thinking.
OP if ur willing to take an actual reasonable offer PM me. but it wont be near your asking price. shipping company ready.
PM'd you about it.

Now, with that being said, and since many were afraid of the price to even shoot any offers, REASONABLE OFFERS have been and are being accepted.

Bump it up top.

Sounds like your in debt, and spent your extra cash on adding mods instead of paying off the loan! It's obvious why the price is high, your trying to recoup your loses at the minimum. Dont give me that jive about not knowing what evos go for, bc i do. As said before, modding vehicles is a hobby not an a profitable investment.
