Anyone have this issue, wanna resolve last seasons issue before letting the beast out this spring.
Depressing the clutch while car is coasting at low speed will result in a klak klak klak klak sort of sound from drive shaft transmission area under car. Could a possible missing pilot bearing cause this issue? I am scared to find out, I should really remove the tranny and take a look I suppose. Carrier bearing for the drive shaft not worn and bolted correctly. All rear sub frame bushing are solid aluminum no oem rubber ones.

Well I can tell you that on the 300zx, last one i had it was the stock cat shields were loose just cut them off no more noise.
