Start up

Hey guys so I just bought a infiniti g20 sr20de all stock new starter only .... The car has 180000 miles . I just did a royal purple 10/30 with the royal purple filter and the Lucas oil additive. When I start up in the morning it sounds very loud like as if I had no muffler and it has this strong vibration inside the car . And when I accelerate at the beginning it feels like I'm rolling on small rocks . I have brand new wheels and shocks and I have this suspicion it's going to be some sort of pulley. It only does the small rocks feeling in 1st and 2nd gear. As for the cold start feeling it's whenever it's a dead cold start like the 1st start of the day or if I leave my car off for 8 hours. Any ideas?
