I installed my t-25 turbo on my ka24 and ran with stock injectors untill the shops opened on the weekdays. The car was running lean, but pulled hard. I got the shop to install my sr20det purple injectors, and I took it for a ride. when I go heavy on the throttle and hit the clutch, when the motor winds down, it will shut off, but it does not do this when shifting gears. Basically only when it goes down to idle. the car also does not start well. You have to tap the gas a couple of times untill it likes it. When it idles it goes up and down 200 rpms. The shop did not replace the fuel pressure regulator off the sr fuel rail, so it is running the stock ka. Also it will make a popping sound in the exhaust. I checked the vacumn lines and they look okay, also adjusted the idle, the timing is at 21btdc (stock is 20). I have a 255 walboro pump and 300zx fuel filter and spark plugs.

Are you venting into the atmosphere or recirculating (BOV)?

i would check the vacumn on the whole system. use a vacumn tester, you can make one with a piece if pcp, some rubber hose and a tire valve. this will make sure you have vacumn on the whole system. rather than just checking the lines.

check vacuum leaks as a precautions..
are you running recirculating bov or atmospheric bov?
chances are you're getting too much fuel when you let off the gas.
also did you replace the injector o-rings? leaking injectors are a posibility too. (im paranoid with injector o-rings)
retard the timing if you want to be safe... running lean + too advance timing = KABLOOWIEE!!

atmosphereic bov. I'm not quite sure how you would recirculate an hks super sequencial bov. but it did okay with the stock injectors. also nothing was changed from one setup (injectors) to the other with the vacumn lines. I am running very rich. Pops after I get on it and then slow down. I hear that you can add a washer to the maf to change the air-fuel, or use the hacked maf approach.

HKS sells a recirculation fitting for the SSQV.
What fuel controller are you using? It sounds like when you swapped injectors, you went from pretty lean to very rich. The combination of the atmospheric bov and rich condition is causing your engine to die on off-idle decel.

Maybe I didn't comprehend the original post but you're running 370cc injectors with no fuel management other than a stock ecu?
