NEED S14 steering R&P

My s14 rack and pinion is leaking bad and I want to replace it
Before I install a new power steering pump! I'm willing to drive 30 minutes
Or meet half way! Please help, my current pump's winning is driving me crazy!!!!
Or if anyone knows of a place near Bronx, NY that can rebuild my rack lmk!

R&P is 235 + 180 core charge! My s14 is my daily
I can't have down time nor space while I wait for parts
I've found 2 on the forums and one of them I was willing
To drive 2hrs but people keep flaking after agreeing on price
