I have a set of Brand New Authentic AeroCatch Locking Hood Pin with bottom side support Mounting Plates. Never used and still has all hardware and user manuals. I know there are plenty of replica AeroCatch locking pins made out of cheap brittle plastic and hardware that will rust out over time. So don't even bother asking me to compare pricing with fake shit on eBay. The support plates are made/patented by Password JDM. Quality item with anodized hardware. Again, brand new and still sealed in its packaging.

They come in 2 types. The keyed version is more expensive and is for thief deterrent purposes. But they all still latch and "lock" down.

I didn't need the key because I still wanted to keep my factory hood latch and use the aerocatch locking pin to prevent my carbon fiber bonnet from smashing my windshield when I'm driving. Never trust just the latch to hold on to the hood. That metal piece molded on to the underside of the CF hood is cheap and isn't really secure. Thanks for your interest.
