not sure exactly what your talking about but i never aligned the headlamps when i had this on and i driven behind my friends flashed my high beams and they told me it doesn blind them , i guess mine were pointed down a little and i could still see fine

There is no such thing when you slap hid lights, into a housing designed for halogen lights.
