Ok DooDs, I've been wanting to buy a amp for the last 2 weeks, been trying to find a hook-up.......no luck.

I don't really want a SUPER DOPE spunds system....because I don't want to end up getting jacked for it.  

Also, I don't really know a lot about stereo equipment........so I ask you will this amp be enough to power 2 10" Sony Type S rated at:
600w peak power handling
200w RMS power handling

I'm sure there's better and I'm sure there's worse amps, but I think that Amp would work fine for 2 10's.

there are some choices for u i highly recommend MTX thats what i have now rockford is good....... there are alot of good brands.... any questions?

When it comes to stereo's, I could careless what is really great, and what is ok, as long as I can hear the music, a little bass, and some highs.... I'm stright.

Don't want to dump money into something that Could get stole............as some of you may know....too well.

I've always personally went with Precision Power Amps...PPI is definitely one of the best performing amps available on the market.  They also have some of the cleanest powered amps I know of.  The new JL Audio amps are pretty badass too...

LoL yah..... but now im thinkin about adding two more subs..... i'd NEED the amp i have in there already AND a new one lol so i dunno...... but i've had a lanzar before.... i thought hey 200 bucks for a 1000 watt amp..... smooth deal...... wrong...... it didnt sound right the bass just wasnt as deep and tight  as i wanted it to be. i say stay away from that one.

Don't go for those BRAND name amps..as in RockFord Fosgate, Kicker, PPI, Soundstream, or any shit that cost more then you can afford...because it will smoke your subs so quick you won't know what hit you...just get a 200 watt sony amp...cause the other amps will burn out your subs quick...200 watt in sony is diffrent from 200 watts in the brand names BRAND....

benns13 your post makes no sense, you say to stay away from brand names and then reccomend sony??? isn't that a brand name? you are right if he buys jenson subs from walmart they will get blown quick. just look at what is getting put in most rides. for the past 3-5 years it's been rockford, ppi, quart, jl. don't you think people would quit using it if it were shit? next your gonna reccomend a midas muffler over hks.

I went to Best buy last year and bought a 300watt amp JBL and it broke, it wasn't the fuse because I changed it and still it was broken.  If you're looking to find a good amp get an EXPLODE amp they're tight...It holds my 15 in my car.  Worth it too.

no problem-o, i've owned a Hifonics amp before (its not exactly known that it is a hifonics amp) but crunch amps were made by hifonics, and it was good.... never over heated but it was a lil over-rated it said 800 rms bridged.... hmmm but it was one ohm stable and i sold it  for more than i bought it for MUAH HAHAHAHAH <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
