2 sets of s13 side skirts & 1 set of R32 Type M Skirts

I got all three of these skirts from japan.
The first 2 are for S13, I have no idea who makes these, Please see pics and if anyone knows what they are please chime in.

Black set is in excellent condition, $200 shipped
Blue set is ok needs paint $170 shipped

I also have 1 set of R32 Type M skirts, The passenger side skirt has a portion that is covered in black tape, from the back of the skirt I can see the tape is covering and holding together a crack in the skirt. I peeled off some of the tape to show the damage. $150 shipped
These are too long to fit on a s13, they will only fit R32
