Did you disable the ignition key capture system? Look over this swap info (http://srswap.com/faq.htm#transswap) and see if it helps.

get used to the clutch damper box, the thing is a bitch to bleed, get a stainless steal line to bypass it. and also I asked this question before and someone provided a picture for me.
Found it, http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=44232&highlight=swap

Passenger side of car, wiring harness on the shock tower... Top brown plug. Connect the 2 wires in it together and it should start.

is it an s13 or s14? on my s13 its under the fusebox and its the only connector there. its 2 thick wires. You have to jump those into each other.

thats what confuses me so damn much, some people say its in front, some say in back, some say under, guess Ill do the ole guess and check method or something.

its a 2 thick wire connector. Why I did since I was confused too was unplug one at a time until I figured out which it was. This is before I pulled the auto trans though. also on my car it was the only 2 thick wire connector around the the fusebox.
