So I just changed the pads on my 14 about 6 months ago (which is not my daily and only take it out lime 5 times a month to cruise). It just started making this squealing noise on the right rear brake. My initial thought was "it can't be my pads if they're brand new. So I didn't bother to look but today I took a look at it and the right rear brake is completely done! As if the piston on the caliper was locked. The rest of the pads on the car are totally fine. It's just the rear right brake pads that are done. Can I get opinions as to why that side is wearing the brake out real bad and the rest of my brakes of fine.j

My bet is the piston is jacked. Replace caliper and bleed.

Thanks man I had a feeling it was that. Now one last question and sorry if it's a frequently asked question but I know there's different sizes on z brake set ups for the s13/14. My question is what z brake set up bolts up without having to modify anything (mainly rear brake calipers)

Z32 (300ZX)... However, depending on your setup, you may have to replace the splash shield, e-brake assembly etc to get them to work... Even though they bolt right up; they are not plug & play unless you have all the other things needed to swap them... and there are zillions of threads about it all over the internet. No use in doing Z rears if you're not doing the fronts btw.

Good luck.

was it one of the pads that was done for or both? If the other pad was barely worn down then it would be a siezed piston.
