1st in DSP this weekend, moves to 1st in class standings

i had another autox this weekend. i was on my Hoosiers though (RS03's, for track events). i normally run on victo racers but, i had a track event a few weeks ago, and another in a 2 weeks, so i just left them on the race wheels (DT05-R's). i had a rough couple of first runs. i missed a gate or two, knicked a cone, but each run i was cutting 2 seconds off my time. i started with a 48, then a 46, down to a 44.5, but they werent clean. so i cleaned it up and pulled a 44.0 to win DSP for the weekend. i had a supercharged Mini and a few BMW's chasing me, but they were not to catch me. thats my second win of the year putting me in the lead with 20 points. we've had 3 events, but i missed one. i should have pics and maybe a video or two up by the end of the day...

Wow congrats man!
I cant wait till the next autocross too... I wanna see how this KA-T performs..
Im aiming for big three next semeseter in my class (SSM, a class that our club made, its free for all but only street tires).
man, we should do like a Zilviacross or something.. so we all can meet up and compete lol

they actually have that now though. its called ST-U. its an unlimited street tire class. they may even run it in nationals, im not sure if they plan to or not yet... but yah, thats a cool idea, it'd be fun to run. if i were running it, id get a set of 17x8's and run the 245 azenis on all 4 corners.... mmmm.... :)

what size and offset are those DT05Rs you have?
btw. the car looks pretty beat up.. great job! lol.. mine looks almost the same except mine is black so you cant really see the cone marks and all that :)

Congrats dude!! I should be posting my thread a little later this week!! Took 4th in my class, and took over 5th place in standings... Guess it helps to practice with AceInHole. ;)

wheels: 16x7.5 +22, and 16x8.5+37... they are great track wheels!
