FS: KA24DE Engine and Transmission - Bay Area CA

KA24DE For sale- I really don't want to sell it because i was planning on building it up some and drop it in a Nissan hardbody. I got another motor for the 240 and originally planned on keeping the KA, but due to funds and lack of time and space, what seems best is selling it. :-/ It's got about 140k miles on it, but it really doesnt feel like it because still runs GREAT; i've never had any problems with it, most likely because i took really good care of it :) which is why i wanted to turn it into another project. I changed oil every 3k miles and did regular tune up maintanence myself. Tranny is great, I never experienced any grinding when shifting.

Right now I'm just taking offers; I'm located in the peninsula/bay area of CA. I'd rather do a local pick up because I don't really have the time to go through the hassle of shipping out the motor.

Do you know any places that would install the tranny for cheap in your area? if so, i'll give you 150 for the tranny and have it installed there when i go pick it up because i don't have a truck and also want to get rid my jacked up tranny.

I don't have a quote for you when it comes to a local shop swapping your tranny. I'll have to get back to you on that.

Oh yeah, i am most likely including the ECU and KA wiring harness, along with intake, etc

Today would definitely not be a good day; I'm swamped with work to do, and I've already got a handful of people coming in to look at the engine today and tomorrow. Anytime after Tuesday (6/8) would be best. Sorry :hs:
