Between $500 and $800, depending on how hard you get shafted. Or cheaper if you go junkyarding yourself. And installation is $400 to $600, or do that yourself too.. it's not that bad.

Recent Ebay auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2480567496&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT

"These are the clutch pedal assembly, brake pedal assembly, slave cylinder, and complete slave cylinder hard-line to tranny with 2 brackets and rubber line"

SOLD FOR $255 + $28 shipping

add in the cost of a transmission/clutch/flywheel/driveshaft(???) and you are looking at well over $500 for the conversion! Also, this is a pretty big job as far as labor and time (and possibly skill) are concerned.

Verdict: FIND A MANUAL 240SX

I call B.S.

I called JGY and asked them about a auto->manual swap on my S13...definitely not that cheap or I would do it.
