Just wondering if there's a way to make my clutch pedal a little stiffer and travel a shorter distance. I did an auto to manual swap and upon installing the pedal and master cylinder I had to unscrew the fork thing on the mc pretty much all the way. Idk if that has anything to do with it. There's no air in the system and there's no dampener. Any input is appreciated!
You can run a SOHC KA slave, I think it's 1/16" smaller in diameter. Will do both the things you mention. With a high release load PP you run the risk of blowing the seals out though due to the increased pressure.
Or you can relocate the clutch MC pin location for less mechanical leverage.

I just put in a new slave but its from napa so if it ever goes I'll keep that in mind. Could I just shorten the fork piece on the mc and just push the clutch pedal down a little? I feel like if I do that the clutch pedal will be constantly pulling on the mc shaft.

What chassis do you have s13 or s14? What car was your pedal out of?

Sorry it's a 93 everything is from a dohc s13. I drove the 240 that everything is out of and I don't remember exactly how the pedal was but I'm pretty sure it wasn't as bad as this one.
