z'd up

I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this car out. I purchased this vehicle a few months ago and have been working bugs out but this idle issue is driving me crazy. I have a z32 maf, 550cc injectors, greddy intake manifold, t3/t4 top mount turbo, fmic, full turbo-back exhaust, etc.
The computer was socketed when I got the car but had no chip in it and the CJ2 jumper was already soldered so it had NO map but I could run it and drive it around(which i only put about 5 miles on it as a test drive). It ran so rich it would trail black smoke out the exhaust in a cloud. I also had to have a vacuum line unhooked at the manifold so it would idle. So I got a daughterboard and basemap for my ecu from J-K tuning and installed it. Now the car will still idle with a vacuum line unhooked but will fall on its face as soon as I put my foot on the gas. If it does rev, it bounces like on rev limiter around 2000-2500rpms. If I hook the vacuum cap back up it dies instantly.
I have plenty of fuel(fouled out my first set of plugs)
Unhooked the MAF(no change whatsoever)
Unhooked the TPS(got super rich and would backfire if i tried to rev it)
Pulled and advanced timing(no change)
I have tried searches and haven't come up with anything exactly like my situation.
My next step will be to check MAF signal voltage and ground but I figured maybe someone on here could possibly point me in the right direction if that's wrong.
