Unfortunately I don't meet 2 of your criteria. Power windows and AC. Got a clean hatch though with a NV title still. go to vegasdrit.com and check builds and my user name is the same.

if you are willing to drive I have a Hatchback, LE model, Power everything, Blacktop 1998 180SX SR20DET with working Heater and Air Conditioning.
