Is anyone running the Chase Bays Dual Pass Tucked radiator with an RB25DET? If so, what temps are you experiencing for normal driving? I'm running the twin 8 inch fans they sell with a full coverage shroud controlled by a Dakota fan controller/dedicated DAK sender, a GReddy with a PBM Swirl pot and their 1.1 bar cap, a Z32 TT t'stat (170), Prestone 50/50, bled with no bubbles, hot air at the heater core, and my motor's otherwise stock with 48K miles. I'm just curious if there are any "no issues" Chase Bays customers...Thanks in advance

I've only got 9 miles on the swap since I'm not confident this cooling system is dialed in. With outside temps of 65-70F I've seen the temps get to 220 before getting back to the garage to shut it down. I don't know if it will go higher but I don't like it. I feel the current system and a stock motor I should see temps of 190-200 at most. There are only two things I haven't tried yet that I'm doing now. I've got a new ECU sending unit coming in case the ECU is misreading temps and getting confused. The other item is based on all the forum conversation about air in the system and bleeding.
So the other change I'm making is to provide a return to the swirl pot for 1.) the turbo at the back of the motor, 2.) the barb at the heater hose down low at back of the block, and 3.) barb next to the thermostat. I'm going to have them plumbed into a manifold mounted to the firewall behind the GReddy, then run the manifold to the second barb on the PBM swirl pot. The first barb (these are the ones that are at the top of the pot) is coming from the top of the radiator and passes thru the Q45 throttle body to warm the wax stat to lower idle when it's warmed up. One leg of this is a clear line at the moment so I can see the bubbles eventually go away. Works pretty good too.
