Blue-point toolbox/cart with basic toolset+

I have a pretty much new Blue-point toolbox with a basic toolset plus jackstands ,MAC vice , a craftsman impact gun for sale or trade .
I just moved to South Carolina from Florida and I live in an apt and can't do sidework or hobby work right now .

I'd like to get $1500 or trade for a running driving car or truck with a title , even a motorcycle ....even a ruckus .
