So I'm about to go t28 bb and I want to do somethin with my manifold while I have it out, I could have a friend of mine, (owns a shop) make ma a custom tubular manifold for 400-450ish but I'm not really after any crazy high power, 250-300 to the wheels. I hear the tubular manifolds create more lag, I'm after the most efficient, linear powerband motor I can make, so am I beter off just getting my stock manifold ceramic coated and port it a little bit? Or go for the tubular? And is ceramic coat even worth it?

if you want response, take the stock manifold, have it extrude honed, ceramic coated or swain tech coated, and then have codyace weld on an external wastegate.

Why go external? Other than boost creep wich I don't think I should worry about making that low of power on a t28 right?
