S15 SR 6 speed and S15 Nismo CopperMix Clutch!!!

I received this transmission and clutch with an S15 motorset I purchased. I was told the internals on the trans are Nismo, but it seems to have stock gear ratios to me, so that's how I'm going to represent it.

The transmission is super clean, and looked practically brand new. The bellhousing had such a small amount of clutch dust on it I'd estimate it at having maybe 500-2k miles since it's been out and cleaned up (or new and installed). Transmission fluid came out looking brand new. Transmission comes with cross member, transmission mount, stock shifter and transmission to engine bolts.

Only blemish is that it was strapped down on the pallet against a turbo outlet stud, so one of the cast ribs got slightly ground down. Doesn't affect anything, but I'm being up front about it:

Also have an S15 Nismo CopperMix clutch. This fits S15 6 speeds only. This clutch looks basically brand new. Like I said on the trans, it had almost no clutch dust in the bellhousing. Flywheel is in great shape with no heat marks, disk has tons of meat left on it. Nothing has been cleaned up, this is exactly the condition it arrived in (i.e. like new).

It looks to be casted shut. :(


But you can always tap off an ABS sensor with a Dakota box for the stock speedo!

A few people have offered me trades. The only things I'd be interested in are ID 1000cc or bigger injectors (no knockoff redrilled inj), GTX3071R, and nice SR20DET exhaust manifolds.

You can get a tail shaft housing from rhd Japan that has the provision for the speedo gear.

Thanks - there are all sorts of solutions to get the stock speedo working.


I also updated the original post to reflect that I am including the factory transmission to engine bolts since I believe they're unique to the S15 SR transmission. This was a complete swap, so I'm including everything I have to make it as painless as possible to swap in.
