1993 NISSAN 240sx

--HISTORY--
+Car was purchased in Chicago almost 10 years ago in 2005. A year later in 2006 the motor and trans were crated to the house, and the swap was completed in my garage. All wiring and after market installations were done by me or under my supervision. My family moved a year later in late 2007 from Chicago to Louisville. No longer having any room the car was trailered to Louisville during the move and stored in Louisville Underground awaiting my arrival. Life happened and I never made it to Louisville til just this summer. The car still has Illinois plates, an 07 tag, and an Illinois clean title.
--UNDER THE HOOD--
+Sr20det Redtop imported with 45,000 miles
+Stock t25 Turbo pushing roughly 12 pounds
+Greddy Vspl full front mount
+High pressure spring clamps
+Greddy RS blow off valve
+Greddy Hot Pipe & all other piping
+Blitz Nur-Spec full exhaust {illegal in most states ;)}

+Cockpit switch controls the secondary fan and boost gauge back light. Located near shift knob as shown in picture

--SUSPENSION & UNDERCARRIAGE--
+Under carriage welded and sprayed before swap in 2006
+Lou Underground is NOT moisture controlled
+Has started to show wear
+Passenger frame rail has a dent where dropped on jack
+Brand new adjustable Raceland Coilovers put on this summer. These coilovers come with a 2 year warranty
+Front lower control arms replaced in 2005
--DRIVETRAIN--
+EXEDY stage 1 clutch with literally only 3,000 miles
+Stock rear end, open diff
+Healthy transmission, no grinds
+Megan short throw shifter
--INTERIOR & UPHOLSTERY--
+Boost gauge on drivers side pillar
+Stock cloth and carpet
+Purchased two matching Sentra SE-R seats, only the drivers side was installed prior to move. Other one went MIA
+Left front bolt does not bolt down correctly. That corner is not bolted down at the moment
+Dash just cracked this summer :/ it is very small within the diameter of a penny or smaller
+Has an Eclipse brand head unit that is up to par and Infinity speakers. Never got around to putting a sub woofer in
--EXTERIOR--
+Purchased the stock wheels in 2005
+Original paint
+Sunroof is aftermarket
+Front end is off another 93 240sx
+Nismo antenna
+Stock lights and bumpers
--RECENT MAINTENANCE--
+After its hibernation I changed the oil with Castrol EDGE 5w30
+Changed coolant with a proper mix
+Changed pads on both front and rear
+Changed front rotors
+Bled calipers
+Sanded and sprayed rust under driver's side mirror
+Brand new battery
--NOTABLES AND DAMAMGES--
+Sunroof does NOT leak and has been replaced back in 2005
+Car has been driven about 200 miles in total since hibernation
+30 miles since all maintenance and coilovers installed
+Will need 2 new tires. I have two nearly new tires on steelys I can throw in
+Missing top half of ignition relay box
+Hole in coolant reservoir tank
+Driver's side seat belt stuck in drive position. There is a factory recall
+Headlights are not hooked up so you have to manually adjust them to the desired position
+Rust on:
~rear quarter near bottom
~areas of undercarriage
~near front towers
~misc areas where paint has chipped
~small area on front subframe where bending occurred
~driver's side headlight
+Front clip was replaced due to a light impact. Only needed to replace bumper and passenger fender. Replaced all to match
+Front passenger side subframe was pushed in roughly 3 inches and pulled out. This is where there is rust.
+4th gear pops out under engine braking. Engine braking is when you down shift and let the car slow under dropping RPM's. With any pressure such as a finger on the shift knob this does not happen. Don't ask me why because I do not know. Has been like that since 2007 when I changed the clutch
+Dent in left rear panel
+Burns coolant on cold start (video)
+Oil pump cover cracked
+Needs new driver side key cylinder
+Does not have a/c
+The original paint does have some chips. It's 20 years old don't act surprised
---I have nothing to hide, I have listed every flaw, opportunity and advantage of this car. If you have any questions just ask and I will provide an answer. I purchased this car for 3 grand and have put 7 into it. If you're going to use the flaws of this car as leverage do not bother. This car with the name brand parts that are in it in great condition sells between 6500-7500. For the issues at hand I have already compensated the price. Be reasonable and I will be fair.
