Some opportunities have came up for me in which I'm attempting to sell my car to become part of. Car needs to be gone by March of 2014. I would like to sell it all as one unit, However, due to time constraints and storage constraints, I would sell just the shell, no motorset, wiring, ecu, or racepack if someone wants the body quicker.

The car is a 1992 S13 Coupe. It's mileage on the title is listed as "unlisted" actually, but the car is in pretty good condition. Not rust free, but pretty close for being in western PA. Major rust has been cut and patched. Heres the list of what all she has done and I have a large amount of reciepts to go along with it:

A couple videos:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAAp61gYUTc
Has power steering belt squeel which is why I went to the MR2 pump. So don't mind that. No more squeeling!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPrd2s30e_A

The nice thing about me doing a majority of the build is that it only needs about 6 different tools (2 or 3 sockets, 2 or 3 wrenches, and a 5/32 or 4mm allen key). So its very friendly to work on to keep your random tools drawer to a minimum.
Car runs and drives fantastically. Made 508 whp on 93 octane 18 PSI tune. Could make more if turbo was switched to EWG as the IWG leaked some boost at higher RPMS. If you have E85 anywhere local I would highly suggest changing to that as you wouldn't need to do much and surely would see a huge increase in power as everything is built to handle it.
Some body work still needs done. I wrapped the roof in 3M Matte Black Vinyl Wrap and I still have 2 more boxes that will go with the car if you choose to finish it the way I was going to. This will be a perfect and great car for a body man to pick up or someone that plans on taking it to a body shop. However, even the way it sits rattle can black the car draws all kinds of attention to it.
Only other negative is that the passanger side wheels are curbed pretty badly and they said they can't repair them. So you'll need to source 2 more wheels from SSR. I think I was quoted 1385.00 Shipped from Vivid Racing for both wheels.

Option A: I'd like to get $30,000 for the whole setup. I'm willing to trade for another car that I could sell easier and cash if you want to go that route.
Option B: $15,000 for the shell, no motor, no trans, no ECU, no engine harness, no racepack, no o2 sensor add on, and anything else needed with the engine.

Please Text or call with SERIOUS INQUIRIES! 412-37zero-3zero94.

Thanks!

Engine build is amazing and beautiful, GLWS but 15K for the shell is heavy to handle

Sure is, I may part the shell out a little later if it doesn't sell in one big piece. Lot of stuff on it that I don't think many other people would be interested in, namely the 2000 dollar big brake kit, 4000 dollar wheels and tires, 1400 dollar wing, etc.

dammm perfect build
imagine someone buys the shell and throws a ka in there lol

15k total is more realistic for this car with no added structure or no paint, cracked bodykit and no cage and has been tracked

Are you sure you have 15k in the shell without tranny and engine?

We all know these are all built with wiggle room man! I'm just throwing what I'd LIKE to get for everything but we all know that never happens. And the word "firm" tends to scare a lot of people away if I ask what I'm actually expecting out of it. Shoot some offers of cash or trade. I'm sure something could be worked out.

If you end up parting keep me in mind for the wheels ( I'd take as is) and a bunch of other rb stuff. Engine looks good man a lot of money went into that.

Sounds good man! I'll let you know! Biggest thing is hopefully finding someone for the shell itself. I'll start parting the whole thing out soon if nothing else happens in time.

For the love of God don't even attempt to PM me with 14 grand cash or a car worth 12 for a straight up trade. I'm not into wasting both our time.

The price is OBO but not an insulting amount. I'm obviously not broke so I'm not dying to get the cash immediately. Just because you have cash now doesn't mean I'm going to let it go for retarded cheap.

Lol these kids don't realize that your complete motor set cost an easy 15k to build..

nice car but needs alot more cleaning up to be a 30k car. sorry man your better off parting it. the shell is prob worth 8k if that. iv seen fully caged track certified shells go for less

No need to be sorry man! I know I'm asking way high but believe it or not my daily I just sold I got way more than I figured I would because I asked stupid high. Gotta find a spoiled kid with a rich daddy for this price! Haha.

But I'm thinking I will start parting next week. Only reason I'm selling is due to moving and not having room for a whole car. I will have room for parts though. So likely you'll just see the shell up in the next few weeks.
Also thanks for the input on possible starting price for the shell no motor set.

So are you planning on keeping the drivetrain if you part? If not, there is alooooooot that i want off that lol. either way man good luck with the sale! People that actually have built RBs can understand the amount of work and money that went into that!
Cage and paint, 3-4k maybe. I could see this going for 22-25k.

Good build overall, but you'll be sitting on her for a while looking to get 30K.

If you haven't noticed, just about 98% of Zilvia users can't even afford to keep up with maintenance on their cars.

Good luck with sale, though! I hope she goes to a good home...

Yeah man if I part it out I'll probably just try to make the shell as cheap as possible for someone to actually be able to afford and keep the main big stuff that can transfer over like the brakes, motor, possibly the wing and such. Depends on how much someone can pay for just the shell because frankly the main thing is not having room to keep my full cars where I'm moving too.

Everything else can be kept in random rooms of the house...haha.

So I'm certainly not parting out the motor. I would be willing to sell the whole motor if someones willing to buy it, but at the same time I'm not hurting for money so I'm not going to give the motor away.

Thanks man me too! And thats how a large majority of car people are now a days around me so I'm used to it. Thats why I haven't even bothered craigslist or local listing.

Everyone keeps asking how much for this to be a "drop in" motor into their S chassis. Since I get asked it so much I figured I'd include it on this page if you are interested in that to stop me from taking all the PM's about people wanting it for like 5 grand. So to cut out the middle man of you asking, I would want $20,000 FIRM for you to get the "Drop In" motor set. Thats well over $10,000 in savings and a whole lot of time and messing around.

Again, most of the Zilvia community won't understand how hard it is to get an RB26 tamed or working the way you want it to.

The cost was just in parts, no labor.

Labor will run you another $8000-$14000 depending on where you go, as this swap is not for the feint of heart, alongside the build. If you think you can replicate this build for less than what the OP is asking for, keep smoking crack and doing whatever else drugs you're doing.

Tuning.

Again, most of the Zilvia community won't understand that you can't just take her down to any local shop to get her tuned. To get a proper tune, you will go through either so much race gas, or pump gas, whichever your choice, alongside hourly rates of the tuner (who is usually top tier) which are never cheap... ever.

I'm happy to see another RB26 S chassis done right, and hoping to see this go to a good and caring home. Personally, I would have changed out a few more parts to support more power, but I don't know what your intentions were/are for the car so no need for me to chime my .02 for all to see. If the body and paint were in decently good condition, I could see the right buyer paying $30K for her, but realistically... maybe $25K-$27K?

Good luck with sale, nonetheless. I wouldn't mind to have a stock bodied S13 coupe with the Silvia front end, triple projectors on the Q's bumper and lip with this same setup. It would be a real head turner to the right people.

I need to find top tier tuner in the NE region to tune my 26...not an easy feat

I went over to near NJ to Evans tuning. Jeff has done a couple of my cars in the past and was suprisingly knowledgable on the RB26 for being known to do Hondas. He had done a couple RB26's prior to mine even. So I would put my money on him if you can make the drive.

Just as a heads up this is a final call on the whole car. This weekend I will be pulling the motor and everything that makes it run to keep for future projects and parting out the shell for a much more reasonable price. So anyone looking for a rolling s13 coupe shell let me know! Otherwise I'm sure there will be another for sale thread up as soon as I get it all parted.

Please close this out. I've since decided to keep the motorset and part out the shell. I'll start a new thread selling all the individual pieces this weekend.
