eagle alloy series 028 wheel help

ok so i bought these wheels along time ago from a buddy of mine who gave me 2 of them. so i been looking for 2 more and 1yr later i found a full set. now my question is i know ill need extended wheel studs and i def am gonna need hub centric rings. i need help finding some im very noobie at this. if anyone out there has done these wheels on there s13 please please help me out. there 15x8 0 offset.

if you can send me a link to the ones that i need to buy that would be greatly appreciated.

S13s with 15x8 +0s are all over the place. go search again.

p.s. you don't need hubcentric rings. hell, you don't even need extended studs either.
