Terrible sr20 hot starts

Well had this problem for some time starts fine when cold but good luck starting after 30 min of driving. When it does start its in limp mode runs rich and backfires coil packs recently went out waiting on them to come in could that have been the problem or is there more to it

I replaced both rewired maf because it was wrong replaced maf replaced igniter its wierd because I can make a 2 hour drive with the hood off but cant go 30 min with it on without it acting up its like something gets hot under the hood as long as cool air is hitting the motor its fine at least till I shut it off
