Many people know that taking a C6Z to the track is like playing Russian roulette. With all the valve drop issues, oiling problems, and valvetrain design issues, it is easy to see why people are blowing up their LS7 engines all the time. Blu808 has put together the ultimate reliability and performance package for the C6Z, taken from their extensive knowledge from the years that they spent racing a C6 Z06 in the professional Formula Drift, and Global time attack series.

First we get rid of the problematic cylinder heads, and replace them with the best heads on the market. Mast Motorsports Black Label cylinder heads with stainless valves, titanium retainers, and dual valve springs are installed. If you are not familiar with these heads, do some research. They are full billet, and feature a 305 cc intake runner, cnc porting, 6 bolt design, billet rocker stands, and more. We then pair the heads with a Blu808 matched camshaft, Mast Motorsports pushrods, Cloyes billet timing chain set, GM LSA lifters, Comp trunion upgrade, GM MLS head gaskets, Blu808 ported and shimmed oil pump, LG Motorsports Super Pro Long Tube Headers, Hi flow cats, LG Motorsports Carbon Fiber Cold air intake, 160 deg thermostat, and a LG Motorsports mild to wild exhaust switch.

The end result is 575 whp on pump gas, while maintaining decent street manners.
The Blu808 track package comes completely installed and dyno tuned. All stock parts are included with the sale of the car as well.
This car was actually built by Luke Lonberger, owner of Blu808. It has been well taken care of, and is in great shape mechanically, and cosmetically. The car does have very minor rock chips as most do, but overall is very nice. The fluids have all been converted to Royal Purple, and the brake fluid is now ATE super blue. We also added some Hawk HPS brake pads for added braking control.
I have put about 2,500 miles on the car since we added the track package, and that includes 1 track day at Laguna. The car runs easy 1.41's on street tires at Laguna.
