For an SR swap, figure about $4-5k depending on the condition of the engine and the condition of the parts. When doing the swap, there's no doubt in my mind that you'll end up replacing a few parts here and there. You can get the costs down to $3-4k if you do it yourself.
For an S13 front end. That'll be $1,200-$1,600 plus shipping. Then you'll have to either repaint your entire car or just paint the front end to match with your car.
Man....JDM goodness is never cheap. @
[email protected] Keep in mind that you'll be faster than the guys with the B18C5 (Spec R) engines and OEM Type R front ends at a lower cost!

I think they will run you, as you said 2.5K for one with low miles, and down to 1K for one with higher miles.

If you are mechanically inclined the swap is rather straight forward, take out the old, put in the new.
There's alot of S13 wiring resource on the net, so if you are also electrical inclined and can read some diagrams, then it will just take matter of time.
As for S14 wiring, there's not much resource yet, however we will be selling English S14 SR20DET Factory Service Manuals individually as soon as our order arrive shore. The S14 FSM even tho are for the S14 VVL motors, alot of specs such as bottom end designs and torque specs are transferrable to S13 SR20DET's.
