Anyone Good w/ Photoshop V.2

Alright guys....The picture is working now....Even though the quality of the pic is bad, the car doesn't nearly as bad as it does in the pic. So do with it what you can...Much appreciation I'd like to see different rims with my car...Preferribly 5spoke and 6 spoke but mesh is good to!

hehe thanks..i ripped em off a s13 coupe..that looked real nice..hehe..if the picture was a high quality one i can repaint the car and all that magical computer stuff..and also make the body kit looks much more realistic..hehe..
