He's talking about the dish that these sit on top of. I had a set of these of Racing Hart Type C years ago with one slightly bent lip and a missing cap. (I had all 4 dishes) After a few years of searching I could never find a matching Type C center cap so I sold them cheap. I would have bought one or all of these in a heart beat!!
