Tagging other zilvia members in threads.(like facebook)

Is it possible to tag other members in threads so they get notification's like on facebook?
E90post.com has that option by adding a @ followed by the users name...
The name shows up in a blue box/bubble and that user gets notified.

If not already possible, maybe that would be a good idea?
And something fresh for the forum?

Really? do I need to break it down to you? um shitheadsilviafreak likes thread blah blah and thinks therealsy90 might like it too... tag his name in thread while posting and now the realsy90 gets a notification without his buddy having to send him a link thru pm or call him on his phone... think dude!!
