Another S15 Conversion question

I know this has been asked over and over.

However, here me out if you want =]

Long story short:
We currently own a S13 with an S15 front end conversion.
(already have conversion fenders, rad support, etc.)
However, front bumper recently cracked real bad.
So,
Bought a S15 Bodykit for a good price. (front bumper cover, sideskirts, rear bumper) $300 Shipped
I KNOW i can NOT use the side skirts and the rear bumper.
But I just want the front bumper.(Still a deal IMO)
The seller contacted me saying that the front bumper will NOT work.
Seller said he is on Zilvia and he does custom work all the time. That it will only fit onto a stock S15.
He is claiming that the S13 to S15 front conversions need a special S15 Conversion bumper.

Everything I keep reading is saying that I can use ANY S15 bumper as long as I have the other items (rad support etc)

He offered a refund, but I did want to get this as a Christmas gift =/

So is the seller confused, or can I use any S15 bumper?

Sell it and keep S13. If you want S15, S14 would be a better match as a base.

Then again, I always hated that S13.5 look as the front looks proportionally terrible compared to the rest of the car.

He is claiming that the S13 to S15 front conversions need a special S15 Conversion bumper.

I am just wondering if his claim is true or not.
Wondering if anyone has an S15 front bumper and can measure the width of the bumper, measure it from the top corners where the fenders bolt into to compare.
(he claimed 75 inches wide)
Seller is claiming S15 bumper will be too wide and special S15 converted front bumper made for S13.5 conversions is needed.

from what i have read it appears you just need any ol s15 bumper. On a s15 conversion you use the rad support and the swap fenders and oem s15 headlights so i do not see how anything besides a s15 bumper would work.

Thanks for the help guys. I think I am just going to roll the dice and I am going to buy the bumper. There is no returns so if it doesn't work I am screwed. Ill keep everyone updated.

If you already have s15 conversion, then any s15 bumper will fit.
You do not need a "custom" s13.5 bumper.
