For 95-96 Zenki owners, have you seen these ultra-clear PLASTIC headlights?

I was at the NCDA Drift event yesteday, and I saw this red Zenki. I was simply stunned:

so I left a note with a compliment and my contact info. I told him that I was on zilvia too. then, an hour later, we come back and I see this right next to the red zenki:

awesome isn't it? I've never heard or seen these headlights before. They're plastic, which is exactly what I wanted for my kouki if any of you guys remember a thread I posted not so long ago. Even if light output may not be OEM quality, they are super sweet looking.

Does anyone know where to get these? If they are custom made, I hope the owners will chime into this thread and fill me in.

clearly they're different. The white zenki looks like it's dual housing, and looks more oem. The red one looks a bit custom, especially if you look at the corner lights.

I think the white one w/ the JSpec lights is S14.5 ...the red w/ USspec lights could be TangyXTC. Don't know what he was think about when he painted the grill. BTW, I don't think Final Konnexion is the maker, they just sell them.

the only reason i'd ever do those is if i was doing a HID projector setup. other wise it looks like shit. especially the corners. FUGLY!

looks to ricey. different, but rice. just get some jdm ones or euro(glass)

The Euro ones are NICE...but if you do an HID projector retrofit with these housings and lenses...they will look rather nice....kinda like a R33 (with the HID projectors).

yeah, that's what I'm talking about. since I already have HID I would love to get a set of these. I doubt they make them for Koukis though.

but I'm sure these types of clear plastic would improve the beam with cutff closer to that of a open-air hid projector.

I cleaned my factory headlights with aluminum mag polish. They look brand new now.

i can't justify paying a lot of money for zenki headlights, cause they're soooo fragile. how many of those headlights had its plastic bracket broken off?

personally my car goes through too much crap for it to have anything nice on it =)

I agree, I think they look very ugly. I'd listen to old_s13, hes wise in the lighting industry. :D
