i have a 97 tacoma for sale. it is 2wd with a 2.4l engine with 190kmiles. the truckhttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png (http://zilvia.net/f/#) is in excellent shape mechanically, never have had any issues with it. all maintenance was performed regularly(oil changes, tune up...ect) i have recently replaced the brakes, it has new upper and lower ball joints, new front shocks and springs, new rear shocks, a tonneau cover, wide black rims, tinted, with a custom interior.... the bench seat was removed, i put in 2 bucket seats, made a custom speaker/sub enclosure for between/behind the seats. its a real nice truck, it has done very well for me, but i had to get something bigger because i need to be able to tow a big trailer... im gonna miss this truck....
