Scratching noise on startup

When i start my car ill hear a scratching noise like Krrrrt Krrt for 1 second then it stops and i can drive it fine

i can also hardly ever put the car into reverse without releasing the clutch some. i have an aftermarket clutch

check your clutch master and slave cylinder operation. seems like the clutch isn't disengaging all the way. when you start your car, is it in gear?
