from what i can tell, that picture doesn't show a jic manifold. but maybe ima fucking idiot. If u look at a picture from their website it looks a little bit different and a whole lot like SSAUTOCHROME's manifolds, especially since i have one that didn't fit at my house.

Well, I edited those pics myself when I worked at JIC. They are from a catalogue from about 4 years ago. The manifold pictured above is JIC's current header style.
